    Help keep the WCC a safe and enjoyable place to visit!

    The WCC is a private facility. The policies and procedures below have been put in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. We ask that visitors to the WCC honor them in order to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

    CODE OF CONDUCT:Reasonable behavior is required of all visitors to WCC Complex at all times. Any inappropriate behavior that endangers or offends any other person, or could endanger or offend any other person as determined in the sole discretion of the WCC management and/or the WCC Operations Manager, may result in immediate ejection from the WCC Complex and/or arrest. The following code of conduct is designed to educate participants and visitors of appropriate and intolerable behavior at WCC.

    Any person who enters the WCC Complex must comply with this code of conduct for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. Any participant or visitor that is ejected from the facility for non-compliance with these rules and regulations as determined in the sole discretion of WCC management and/or WCC Operations Manager will not receive a refund or compensation. Future suspensions from the WCC Complex will be at the sole discretion of the WCC Management and/or WCC Operations Manager.

    • Guests will enjoy the entertainment experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
    • Guests will refrain from mistreatment of visiting team fans, including verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontations, intimidation or threatening behavior.
    • Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
    • Guests will refrain from wearing or bringing obscene or indecent clothing, banners or flags.

    ALCOHOL: Alcohol consumption is not permitted within the WCC Complex, except where permitted by law to sell. Participants and/or visitors whom appear to be intoxicated will be ejected immediately from the WCC Complex. The WCC Complex staff may contact the proper authorities in the event of potential danger to other staff and/or other participants, or in the event that intoxicated individuals are below 21 years of age.

    ANIMALS: Animals, other than service animals, are not allowed.

    ATTIRE: Participants in any sporting event or practice at the WCC Complex are required to wear clothing deemed appropriate for their given sport. Neither the WCC Complex owners, nor any of the WCC Complex employees and/or agents shall be responsible for any injuries related to clothing or body jewelry within WCC Complex grounds.

    BIKES/SKATEBOARDS/ROLLERBLADES/ HOVERBOARDS: The use of skates, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, hover-boards or similar equipment is prohibited on the WCC property.

    Concessions/Food Trucks: No external Food Trucks or Concessions are allowed on the Wake CC properties without prior written consent.

    HARASSING, OFFENSIVE OR VIOLENT BEHAVIOR: The following acts are strictly prohibited: physically or verbally threatening any person, fighting, annoying others through noisy or boisterous activities, staring at or stalking a person through the facility; using profane or sexually offensive language or conduct or in any way creating a disturbance which interferes, disrupts, or endangers mall patrons.

    LITTER: Littering or damaging mall property is prohibited. Patrons are expected to use trash cans to dispose of litter.

    LOITERING: Loitering, hanging out, sitting on floors, planters, or trash cans, and congregating or walking in groups in such a way as to inconvenience others or impede traffic flow is not permitted. For individuals under the age of 18 please be aware that in compliance with our no loitering policy that if you are on site without a planned activity or parental supervision that security will ask you to leave the property. Security will assist with making a phone call for pick up or answering questions regarding this policy.

    SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking and vaping is not permitted within the WCCComplex.

    SOLICITATION: Marketing is not permitted without the prior written approval of the WCC Complex Management. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: distribution of handouts; leaving leaflets on windshields; displaying banners or flags with commercial advertising and product sampling. No individual is permitted to approach a player or representative with the express means of acquiring services for their team or enterprise.

    WEAPONS: No guns or weapons are allowed on the property.

    Failure to obey these rules or to comply with lawful and reasonable requests by the WCC staff will result in your being asked to leave the property. If you refuse to leave, you will be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.
