The Wake Competition Center (WCC) ice skating facilities will consist of a 115,000 square foot facility, featuring 2 sheets of ice with the ability to seat over 1700 spectators, making it the premiere Ice Skating venue in the South East.  The rinks will also be the permanent practice facility for the Carolina Hurricanes, featuring locker rooms, equipment rooms, coaches' offices and workout space. The rinks will also have plenty of locker room facilities to support local, youth and Collegiate Hockey Teams, as well as Skate Rental and Party Rooms for rent. 

Open now, the facilities are being run by Polar Ice, the operator of the other skating facilities in the greater Raleigh area.  We greatly look forward to serving our triangle area customers soon!
